- Manage the procurement process from request for proposal (RFP) to contract award, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, research, and development, to ensure that procurement activities align with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of quantum computing and hardware technologies, including their applications, benefits, and challenges.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure that procurement activities are aligned with company goals and objectives.
- 3+ years of procurement experience, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Experience with procurement systems, including Oracle and COUPA.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing and hardware technologies, including their applications, benefits, and challenges.
