Product Support Coordinator

This role is an exciting opportunity for a skilled administrator to join our field service operation as a Product Support Administrator. You will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to our customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, ability to establish priorities, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing parts and service administration, including scheduling and invoicing.
- Assisting with job completion, workflow management, and data entry.
- Creating and maintaining customer records in our portal.
- Processing invoices and purchase orders, as well as tracking vendor payments.
- Coordinating with Accounting for past-due invoices and CSA service work billings.
- Managing office supplies, mail distribution, and phone communications.
- Tracking vehicle transponders, accounts, and daily payroll reports.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong preference for 2-4 years of college or university education. A similar administration background is a plus. Key requirements include:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong goal orientation, planning, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Oracle software.
