We are offering $1,739.68 per week for this position, which is competitive given the location in Bristol, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

">

You will be responsible for providing rapid assessment and treatment to patients with emergent medical conditions. This will involve administering medications, performing procedures, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to stabilize patients and ensure optimal outcomes.

In addition, you will monitor patient vital signs, response to treatment, and changes in condition, adjusting care plans as necessary to address emergent needs. You will also advocate for patients' needs and coordinate care transitions, including admissions to inpatient units or referrals to specialty services.

To ensure seamless care, you will educate patients and their families on post-emergency care instructions, follow-up appointments, and community resources for ongoing support.

Requirements

For this role, we require a current RN license, BLS certification, and two years of recent ER RN experience. Strong communication and adaptability skills are essential for success in this position.
