Job Summary:
The Operations Coordinator, Women's Lacrosse is an 11-month position that reports to the Head Coach, Women's Lacrosse. The Operations Coordinator, Women's Lacrosse is responsible for the coordination and organization of the day-to-day operation of the Brown Women's Lacrosse program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Coach in all phases of the daily operations and promotion of a Division I intercollegiate women's lacrosse program.
- Coordinate and organize the day-to-day operation of the Brown Women's Lacrosse program.
- Assist with the recruitment and retention of student-athletes.
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase program visibility.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 1-2 years related experience in lacrosse (collegiate playing, coaching, or operations); Division I experience preferred.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a regular schedule. The Operations Coordinator, Women's Lacrosse will work on-site and may be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
