Job Summary:


The Clinical Operations Lead is responsible for the day-to-day management of administrative and clinical support functions for large and/or multi-site Women & Infants Hospital practices and service lines.


This role will collaborate with nursing leadership when nursing oversees or has a matrixed relationship within the practices. The Clinical Operations Lead builds and maintains effective working relationships with providers and leaders throughout the system.


The Clinical Operations Lead will embrace and support a vision to provide innovative patient and family-centered care within practices that emphasize quality, service, and access.


This is a leadership position that is charged with motivating and leading staff to carry this vision forward.



Responsibilities:



  • Associate's degree required; bachelor's preferred.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in healthcare and 3-5 years supervisory experience.
  • Experience managing a multi-specialty practice is preferred.
