Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Rhode Island
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of related clinical and/or case management experience
  • Certification in Case Management (CCM or ACM) within 24 months of employment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interpret medical data and utilize multiple computer systems
