Financial Services Specialist

Celebrating over 60 years of excellence in the financial services sector, Raymond James is seeking a detail-oriented and creative problem solver to join our growing team as a Financial Services Specialist. This critical role involves providing high-quality administrative support to financial advisors, their clients, and branch staff. The ideal candidate will possess effective communication skills across multiple platforms and be able to organize, manage, and track tasks with frequently changing priorities and deadlines.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing daily interactions with prospective and existing clients via phone, in-person, virtually, and mailings.
- Working independently and within a dynamic team environment to support financial advisors and the branch office.
- Processing client financial transactions and expenses with a high level of accuracy.
- Opening new client accounts and researching client information using internal databases.
- Maintaining accurate client paperwork and documentation prior to submission.
The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to:
- Prepare letters, forms, and reports for client servicing and prospecting.
- Create and maintain records using Client Relationship Management software.
- Assist financial advisors with marketing efforts and client-facing events.
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and one year of securities industry experience, although an equivalent combination of education and/or training may be considered. A salary of approximately $45,000 - $55,000 per annum is offered based on location and experience.
