Client Service Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team in Edina, MN. The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
Job Summary- Provide administrative support to Financial Advisors, clients, and branch staff members.
- Handle a high volume of daily interactions, including basic inquiries and scheduling meetings.
- Process client financial transactions, financial advisor, and branch office expenses with high accuracy and organization.
- Services a high volume of daily interactions with prospective and existing clients.
- Works both independently and within a dynamic team environment to provide crucial support to the financial advisors and branch office.
- Maintains accurate and organized records using CRM software.
- High School Diploma or equivalent and one (1) or more years securities industry or related work experience preferred.
- An equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training as approved by Human Resources.
