Financial Performance Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Dublin, OH. This high-visibility role is responsible for ensuring key decision-making leaders have the information and understanding they need to successfully run the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and report metrics on how the company is performing financially and operationally.
- Produce annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and collaborate with the accounting functions.
- Coordinate the budgeting and re-forecasting process for respective areas of responsibility.
- Builfinancial models to support projects, product profitability, and multi-year planning models.
- Manage corporate level reporting to the company's PE sponsors, Lenders, and other external requestors.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with 5-7 years of experience.
- Prior experience with Workday Adaptive is a plus.
- Critical thinking skills, ability to pierce through underlying drivers, identify problems, and develop practical solutions.
- Financial modeling experience, including leading projects to effectuate decisions with business partners.
