Customer Support Maven

Elevate Packaging is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Maven. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with e-commerce orders and provide product solutions
  • Quote custom bag and label projects, and track ongoing customer requests through our CRM system
  • Follow up with interested prospects via phone and email to convert them into active customers
  • Set customer expectations for custom project pricing, process, and timeline
  • Answer customer questions about compostability and materials
  • Determine production capabilities and provide product solutions
  • Collaborate actively with custom product specialists and the warehouse team to resolve customer issues
  • Identify trends in inquiry volume, type, and category, and improve tracking systems and support tools

  • Proficiency with CRMs (pipedrive) or customer support programs a plus
