**Job Summary**

GovCIO LLC is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Chicago, IL. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Install, configure, and update Merlin equipment to ensure seamless system performance.
  • Recommend security and site requirements for Installation, Move, Add, Change, and Disposal (IMACD) requests to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Perform system performance analysis, server troubleshooting, account management, thin client and Citrix desktop support to resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Update site documentation to reflect changes and ensure accuracy.
  • Provide IT incident response to resolve end-user issues to a high degree of customer satisfaction.
  • Support hardware and software upgrades to ensure systems remain up-to-date and secure.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and systems issues and replace defective components to minimize downtime.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of IT support experience (or commensurate experience).
  • Active Secret clearance.
