Job OverviewInside Edge Talent is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our customers, including dealers, distributors, sales reps, and end-users. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries, including product information, orders, returns, pricing, and status updates.
  • Support domestic and international customers, coordinate consignment, and assist with international freight.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and provide product and promotional information.
  • Communicate professionally via phone and email, maintaining high performance and customer loyalty.
  • Ensure timely order processing, address stock issues, and assist other departments as needed.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with occasional overtime or weekends.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a call center environment.
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Experience in freight/logistics.
  • Familiarity with web-based tools (e.g., ERP, Salesforce, MS Office).
  • Ability to handle different personalities and work in high-pressure environments.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
