Customer Service Advocate

- Ensure timely order processing, address stock issues, and assist other departments as needed.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with occasional overtime or weekends.
- 2 years of experience in a call center environment.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Experience in freight/logistics.
- Familiarity with web-based tools (e.g., ERP, Salesforce, MS Office).
- Ability to handle different personalities and work in high-pressure environments.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Attention to detail, multitasking, and adherence to schedules.
- Professional attitude and exceptional follow-up skills.
