Customer Service Representative

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Auto Service team in Melville, NY. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to policyholders regarding billing information and internet use.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general billing information and process endorsements
  • Take payments and process payment plan changes
  • Participate in an up-skilling program to complete GEICO Service Training and licensing
Requirements:
  • Experience providing outstanding customer service
  • Effective communication and listening skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changes
  • Open to feedback for performance and development
  • Solid computer and multi-tasking skills
  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
Compensation:

$20.35 - $31.76 per hour

The above annual salary range is a general guideline, and the final hourly rate/annual salary will be determined based on factors such as work experience, education, and training.
