Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Reservations Agent to join our team. As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting guests in booking their stay with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests via phone, email, and in-person
  • Assist guests in booking their stay, including room reservations and packages
  • Process guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the front desk and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills and experience with reservation software
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role
