Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Technical Support Expert to join our team at Oracle. This role involves delivering post-sales support and solutions to our customer base, serving as an advocate for their needs.

Responsibilities

  • Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their technical needs and preferences.
  • Resolve non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, while also addressing technical matters regarding the use of and fix for our Electronic Support Services.
  • Liaise between Oracle employees and customers, providing guidance and resolution on a wide range of technical and non-technical issues.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless support and exceptional customer experiences.

Skill Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience installing/configuring/supporting/administering Micros F&B management software products.
  • Experience working in a data center and understanding database concepts, including SQL queries and update statements.
  • Familiarity with networks, PCs, and resolving installation issues, as well as working knowledge of virtual machines (VMWare, Oracle Virtualbox).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multi-functional team environment.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $44,000-$89,300 per annum, depending on location and qualifications. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, short-term disability, and life insurance, as well as flexible vacation and paid time off.
