Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team at Jacobs Management Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by building strong relationships with customers and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed annual revenue and profit goals.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to effectively sell company products and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and product knowledge.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective issue resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent sales/business experience.
  • Minimum of two years of prior sales experience in medical devices or a related field.
  • Ability to travel within the territory daily, with occasional travel outside the territory within the region.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends and evenings.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior sales or marketing experience with medical devices or in a hospital medical environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in sales or marketing.
