Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team at Cre8tive Hospitality Solutions. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our company's products and services to existing and prospective customers in the food service industry.

Your primary focus will be on building relationships with new and existing accounts, promoting our table top supplies, and helping our customers succeed while achieving sales and profit goals within your territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell our products and services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Demonstrate products and services to customers and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
  • Develop new business, penetrate existing accounts, and minimize lost business to achieve profitable sales growth and special objectives within assigned territory.
  • Research customer business needs and develop a mix of products and services to meet their needs.
  • Evaluate market trends and recommend products to customers based on business needs and goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or Culinary Arts desired or High school diploma.
  • 1 year of outside foodservice sales experience or public marketing experience.
  • Proficiency with MS Outlook.
  • Demonstrates aptitude for problem-solving and ability to determine solutions for customers.
  • Must be results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Must be self-driven and motivated.
  • Must possess excellent verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Must enjoy working with people and developing relationships.
