Position Overview

This role entails delivering expert nursing health care services to children and families.

Compensation

Starting at $22.16 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the specific role, individuals may engage in various tasks such as:

  • Preparing patients for treatment, administering medications, and performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
  • Developing individualized care plans and health strategies for children aged 0-5.
  • Providing bedside assistance and supporting physicians during rounds.
  • Reviewing patient records and conveying health care requirements to physicians.
  • Monitoring vital signs, symptoms, and responses to therapies, alerting physicians to any changes.
  • Overseeing care provided by other nursing personnel.
  • Executing medical procedures such as blood draws and medication administration.
  • Managing medical documentation, reports, and case management tasks.
  • Coordinating and delivering care in home or early childhood settings.
  • Reporting pertinent health information to regulatory bodies.
  • Conducting administrative case management and evaluations.
  • Performing physical assessments and screenings.
  • Advising staff on enhancing patient care and services.
Qualifications
  • Valid Registered Nurse license in the State of Florida.
Emergency Response Duties

In the event of an emergency, employees may be required to promptly fulfill assigned responsibilities.
