Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled EDI Business Analyst to join our team at Signature Brands, LLC. This individual will be responsible for the functional design, testing, and implementation of business transactions pertaining to EDI. The successful candidate will work closely with technical staff, users, customers, and management to design applications that fit business needs, contribute to business growth, and solve business & customer-related problems.

Key Responsibilities:

Functional Design and Implementation:

Utilize business integration tools to provide integration solutions for internal and external customers.

Create, test, implement, and support solutions that resolve business challenges or inefficiencies.

Collaboration and Communication:

Partner with cross-functional teams on issue resolution.

Create functional specifications using company-accepted standards.

Provide training to the customer management team to enable self-support of EDI services.

Analysis and Problem-Solving:

Analyze business/customer problems and recommend improvements/solutions.

Be available for on-call support and disaster recovery related to the EDI area.

Technical Expertise:

Work collaboratively with technical staff, users, customers, and third-party providers to design applications and implement solutions that fit business needs.

Perform application and integration testing.

Create data flow diagrams, testing, and QA documentation as well as user help documentation.

Verify production changes and coordinate with business units affected.

Work closely with the IT Team for all hardware & software upgrades.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or in-lieu of degree, equivalent work experience.

4+ years EDI Business Analyst experience.

4 or more years of EDI to ERP interlinks and business document transmission.

Strong working knowledge of EDI Systems (True Commerce, SPS Commerce, Trusted Link).

Experience with working ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, etc).

Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills. Ability to multi-task and work as a team player.

Strong problem-solving skills and self-motivated.

Maintain a positive attitude and be supportive to management and all team members.

Manufacturing knowledge a definite plus.
