Job Summary:
Nuvance Health Med Practice CT is seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team in New Fairfield, CT. As a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, you will provide medical care to patients in collaboration with a physician, assisting them to recover from acute illnesses while minimizing the effects of chronic illnesses.
Responsibilities:
- Provide medical care to patients in collaboration with a physician
- Assist patients to recover from acute illnesses
- Minimize the effects of chronic illnesses
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current RN and APRN license in the State of CT
- CT Controlled Substances and Federal DEA Registration
- Current Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) or Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $115- $150k commensurate or relative to experience
