We are currently recruiting for a full-time LPN to join our Park City Primary Care Clinic in Bridgeport, CT. As a member of our healthcare team, you will work collaboratively with nurses, front office staff, and other clinical support staff to ensure a complete and timely patient flow process.

Key responsibilities include performing selected tasks under the direction of the Nurse Manager, collaborating in the implementation of the total healthcare regimen, and executing the medical regimen under the direction of our licensed primary care providers.

Requirements include knowledge of basic nursing principles and protocols, as well as policies and procedures regarding documentation in the electronic health record. You will also have the ability to interact appropriately with patients, families, staff, and others, and understand Optimus Healthcare's values of outstanding, patient-centered, trustworthy, integrity, multicultural, understanding, and supportive care.
