Lead Our Senior Living Community

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Director to join our team at Tribute at The Glen. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our senior living community, ensuring the highest standards of care and service for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all community operations, including financial management, staffing, and day-to-day activities.
  • Develop and implement sales and operations strategies to drive business growth and resident satisfaction.
  • Supervise and motivate department directors, supervisors, and staff to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Maintain a high level of resident satisfaction through consistent delivery of high-quality services.
  • Manage the community's budget and cash flow, ensuring financial stability and accountability.
  • Provide leadership and support to staff and residents, proactively solving problems and issues.
  • Act as the main property contact for Cogir Senior Living corporate staff, maintaining positive relationships.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, nursing, or human services, or a combination of education and experience in a supervisory role.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a progressive leadership role in a senior living operation.
  • Licensed Administrator (if required by state regulations) in good standing and/or meet all applicable federal and state license requirements.
  • Compliance and understanding of all federal, state, and local regulations regarding residents' rights.
  • Successful history of building teams and meeting financial goals.
  • Knowledge of various computer systems, CRM software, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
