Role: Front Desk Representative

Job Summary
As a Front Desk Representative, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our guests, delivering exceptional hospitality and customer service while embodying a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Your role is crucial in ensuring that guests receive prompt, efficient, and courteous service, fostering personal connections that contribute to memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing timely and courteous service to guests.
- Addressing and fulfilling guest requests effectively.
- Maintaining accuracy in all end-of-shift paperwork, including posting charges and managing cash drawer funds.
- Facilitating the check-in and check-out processes for guests.
- Adapting to a flexible work schedule as needed.
- Utilizing front desk software proficiently and possessing a general understanding of the resort.
- Managing the telephone system efficiently.
- Taking reservations for guests and inputting them into the resort system.
- Completing additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
We prefer candidates with:
- Prior experience in customer service.
- Strong telephone and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient oral communication skills in English.
- Basic mathematical skills and aptitude.
- A professional appearance and demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- A passion for engaging with guests and creating personal connections.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A confident and well-groomed presentation.
- Capability to collaborate effectively with team members and guests.
