Key Responsibilities

- Ensure accuracy in all end-of-shift paperwork, including charge postings and cash drawer reconciliation.
- Facilitate the check-in and check-out processes for guests.
- Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate operational needs.
- Utilize front desk software proficiently and possess a general understanding of the property.
- Manage telephone communications effectively.
- Assist with reservations for guests and owners, inputting data into the system.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Preferred experience in customer service roles.
Excellent telephone etiquette and customer interaction skills are essential.
Strong verbal communication skills in English are required.
Basic mathematical skills and aptitude are necessary.
A professional appearance and demeanor are expected.
Basic computer literacy is required.
