Position Overview


As a Guest Services Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the guest experience by providing essential information about the property and its amenities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Offering guests directions and insights regarding hotel services, local attractions, and operational hours.
  • Engaging with various departments (e.g., Front Desk, Housekeeping, Engineering) to address guest inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Following up with guests to ensure their needs are met and their concerns are addressed satisfactorily.
  • Accurately receiving, recording, and relaying messages to the appropriate personnel.
  • Responding to special requests from guests with unique requirements.
  • Communicating VIP arrivals to designated staff for appropriate acknowledgment and service.


In this role, adherence to company policies and procedures is crucial. You will be responsible for reporting any incidents or unsafe conditions to management, maintaining a professional appearance, and safeguarding confidential information.

• Anticipate and address guests' service needs with genuine appreciation.

Physical Requirements
This position may require standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, as well as moving, lifting, or carrying objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.


Preferred Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
