Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exemplary customer service in accordance with company standards, regardless of guest demeanor.
  • Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure the protection of guests, staff, and property.
  • Accurately input guest information during the registration process and assign rooms following company procedures.
  • Efficiently manage guest requests and fulfill their needs.
  • Ensure the accuracy of all end-of-shift paperwork, including charge postings and cash drawer reconciliation.
  • Handle cash and payment transactions accurately, maintaining balanced accounts.
  • Facilitate the check-in and check-out processes for guests.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule to meet business demands.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in front desk software and possess a general understanding of the resort's operations.
  • Manage phone systems effectively and take reservations as needed.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in front desk or hotel guest services preferred.
  • Strong computer and telephone skills are essential.
  • Experience with cash handling and payment systems is a plus.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor are required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient computer skills are necessary.
