Office Admin Job Description

Our client, a leading services company, is seeking an experienced Office Admin to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment with a focus on work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to executives, including daily tasks and errands.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and order materials as needed.
  • Prepare conference rooms and other areas for meetings, training, and events.
  • Arrange executive leadership luncheons off-site.
  • Manage the receipt, sorting, and distribution of daily mail and deliveries.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems to ensure all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Receptionist/admin experience.
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday onsite in Brentwood.
