Medical Front Office Admin
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Medical Front Office Admin to join our team. This is a 100% onsite, full-time contract-to-hire opportunity.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing front office administrative duties, providing exceptional patient experience, and being the first and last point of contact for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes
- Schedule patient appointments and coordinate referrals
- Update patient demographics and verify insurance information
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service/admin experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office required
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to create a welcoming environment for patients
- Strong multitasking skills and adaptability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation:
$18.00 per hour
