Messerli Kramer P.A. is looking for a skilled Consumer Experience Representative to join our team. As a Consumer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for recovering outstanding debts while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with consumers to negotiate repayment of debts.
- Enter data into database & tracking system accurately.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED.
- 1-3 years of collections experience, call center experience (telemarketing or customer service), sales, retail, or other related experience preferred.
