Core Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of Quest's financial objectives for your designated accounts within the Energy sector.
  • Develop and nurture connections with key influencers and decision-makers across your accounts, utilizing existing professional networks and forging new relationships with clients and partners.
  • Contribute to the sales process, from identifying opportunities to negotiating contracts and finalizing agreements.
  • Assist in large-scale business initiatives, encompassing the entire process from identifying needs, engaging customers, crafting proposals, negotiating pricing, and formalizing contracts.
  • Engage in branding efforts at industry events and networking opportunities, including trade shows and conferences, and present thought leadership materials as necessary.
  • Participate in the strategic planning for account development and implementation of comprehensive account-level strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and support account-based marketing strategies.
  • Comprehend Quest's unique value proposition and competitive advantages. Work with leadership to enhance these from the perspective of current and prospective clients.
  • Exhibit flexibility and leadership by undertaking additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant engineering disciplines.
  • 5-7 years of overall professional experience in relevant fields aligned with the specific verticals.
  • Experience in pre-sales or proposal management, including responding to requests for quotations (RFQ), proposals (RFP), and information (RFI).
  • Aspirations to build a career in Account Management, Business Development, or Sales Leadership.
  • Exceptional communication skills, a global perspective, and cultural adaptability.
  • Demonstrated ownership, persistence, ambition, empathy, comfort with uncertainty, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
