Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at 10X Health System is responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent who align with our company's Mission, Vision, and Values. This role involves leading full-cycle recruitment efforts, including creating tailored job descriptions, conducting high-volume virtual interviews, and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of their expectations for open positions
  • Leverage data to optimize recruitment processes and track key metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate conversion rates
  • Enhance the candidate experience at every touchpoint, from initial contact through onboarding
  • Ensure compliance with legal and industry standards, and maintain the integrity of the hiring process across all stages
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing expert guidance throughout the recruitment process
  • Work closely with HR, department heads, and other key stakeholders to ensure hiring aligns with broader workforce planning, business goals, and talent gaps
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
  • Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in both corporate and fast-paced environments
  • Experience in a recruitment agency is preferred, though not required
  • Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidate pipelines
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and virtual interviewing platforms (e.g., Zoom)
