POSITION SUMMARY

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at 10X Health is responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent who align with our company's Mission, Vision, and Values. This individual will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including creating tailored job descriptions, conducting high-volume virtual interviews, and proactively maintaining a strong candidate pipeline. The Talent Acquisition Specialist works closely with hiring managers, providing expert guidance, and serving as a strategic advisor to ensure hiring decisions support broader business objectives.


Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with stakeholders, leveraging data to optimize recruitment processes, enhancing the candidate experience at every touchpoint, and ensuring compliance with legal and industry standards. Success in this role requires exceptional organizational skills, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

OBJECTIVES

  • Recruit individuals to join the 10X Health team who share a strong alignment with our company's Mission, Vision, and Values
  • Create personalized job descriptions and case studies, making necessary adjustments to enhance the efficiency of our recruitment process
  • Implement a strategic approach to recruitment that tailors hiring practices, benefits, career development, succession planning, and employee policies to actively contribute to our business objectives
  • Conduct a minimum of 10 virtual interviews daily using Zoom to maintain a steady candidate pipeline
  • Proactively maintaining and nurturing a database of potential candidates, ensuring the company has a ready pipeline of talent for future roles (both active and passive candidates)
  • Maintain an organized system for tracking applicants and regularly update their statuses to streamline the candidate flow
  • Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers during the interview process to gain a comprehensive understanding of their expectations for open positions
  • Going beyond promoting the brand during interviews—designing and implementing strategies to enhance candidate experience at every touchpoint, from the first contact through onboarding
  • Leveraging data to track recruitment effectiveness (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate conversion rates) and using this data to optimize the recruiting process
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates to uphold our commitment to meeting target start dates
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing expert guidance throughout the recruitment process
  • Working closely with HR, department heads, and other key stakeholders to ensure hiring aligns with broader workforce planning, business goals, and talent gaps
  • Ensuring all recruitment activities align with legal requirements and industry best practices, and maintaining the integrity of the hiring process across all stages

  • Ability to make decisions on candidates and demonstrate sound judgment
  • Self-starter who can handle a high volume of interviews each day, in addition to following up with candidates to schedule calls
  • Understands how to properly prioritize roles based on target start date and balance the needs of multiple hiring managers
  • Demonstrate alignment with 10X Healths culture and able to articulate that during the interview process
  • Demonstrate elevated level of organization and attention to detail to manage a high-volume inbox and candidate tracker
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in both corporate and fast-paced environments
  • Experience in a recruitment agency is preferred, though not required
  • Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidate pipelines
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and virtual interviewing platforms (e.g., Zoom)
