Job Title: Documentation Control Specialist

At Foxconn Corporation, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Documentation Control Specialist. This position is responsible for maintaining and implementing all engineering change orders (ECOs), bills of materials (BOMs), and other customer and internal requests. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Coordinate with internal and external customers to ensure timely implementation of ECOs and ECNs.
  • Review and approve ECN status on a weekly basis.
  • Generate and distribute weekly customer reports on ECOs, deviations, and first article inspections (FAIs).
  • Maintain SAP Master Data, including routing, MRP controller, buyer code, material group 3, and MRP type.
  • Assign document control numbers for site-level ISO documentation, including procedures, SOPs, and forms.
  • Load site-level ISO documentation into Agile for review, approval, and release.
  • Manage site-level ISO documentation revisions, old or obsolete versions, and master lists.
  • Control distribution of site-level ISO documentation.
  • Create new Agile accounts.
  • Convert documents to non-editable formats.

Requirements:
  • High school degree required; minimum 1 year of related experience preferred.
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus.

Estimated salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
