The estimated salary for this position is between $60,000 and $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development, maintenance, and implementation of our File Management System (FMS) and interfaces with external systems.
  • Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • Educate and guide project team members on FMS usage and implementation.
  • SUPPORT THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM by ensuring accurate annotation of project documents and deliverables with FMS data.
  • Organize technical documentation from external sources according to FMS guidelines.
  • Maintain records of project deliverables, external documents, and internal forms.
  • Provide comprehensive document control for entire projects.
  • Prepare office for de-mobilization of all related documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience working with document control and/or file management systems preferred.
  • SharePoint knowledge preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
  • Fluency in written and verbal English; other languages an asset.
