Workrise is seeking a highly skilled Engineering Document Specialist to join our team in Houston, TX.

Job Summary

This role will be accountable for implementing existing document control specifications and ensuring the reliability, retrievability, and traceability of project data. The successful candidate will have 2-4 years of direct experience in engineering and vendor document management in the oil and gas industry (Upstream and Midstream). Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel 2007 is required.

Responsibilities
  • Implementing document control specifications and tracking contractor and vendor deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of metadata fields in each Master Deliverables Register.
  • Preparing squad checking documentation and status reporting based on metadata designations.
  • Supporting the Lessons Learned Program as directed by E&C Project Excellence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-4 years of direct experience in engineering and vendor document management in the oil and gas industry.
  • Intermediate to expert proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Experience with deliverables management, transmittals, and correspondence management.
