Job Title: Senior Director, HRBP

About the Role:

The Senior Director, HRBP will lead a team of HR Business Partners in supporting a global population operating across North America, APAC, and EMEIA. This role will partner closely with key stakeholders, including Executive, Legal, Department Leaders, and Finance, to drive business outcomes and support the company's growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of HR Business Partners with diverse global client groups
  • Build and nurture strong relationships across senior and executive leadership
  • Evolve and/or develop scalable HR processes to support business goals and initiatives
  • Develop Talent Management programs to grow and identify top performers
  • Build the Employee Relations team and partner with Legal to execute the company's planned Employee Relations strategy
  • Collaborate actively with stakeholders across the People, Finance, and Legal teams

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of related experience in the human resources space
  • At least 5 years of experience leading a team of HR Business Partners or Employee Relations
  • Demonstrated experience in providing strategic global HRBP support and leading global and distributed teams
  • Ability to build, launch, and execute programmatic or process-based solutions
  • Experience supporting corporate and field-based client groups through goal setting, talent management, and driving high performance
