- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Provide expert guidance on talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and change management.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives that promote a high-performance culture, employee engagement, and retention.
- Manage complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and provide sound advice to managers and employees.
- Partner with shared service teams to ensure seamless integration of HR services across the organization.
- Drive and manage change initiatives, including organizational restructuring, process improvements, and cultural transformation.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and seven to ten years' human resource experience.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
