  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.

  • Develop and implement HR initiatives that promote a high-performance culture, employee engagement, and retention.
  • Manage complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and provide sound advice to managers and employees.
  • Partner with shared service teams to ensure seamless integration of HR services across the organization.
  • Drive and manage change initiatives, including organizational restructuring, process improvements, and cultural transformation.

  • Analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and seven to ten years' human resource experience.
  • PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
