About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Partner to join our team at KIPP SoCal Public Schools. Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a primary HR point of contact for a designated roster of schools, providing guidance and support in all HR-related matters.
  • Maintain a consistent and strong presence at assigned campuses to build relationships, monitor KPIs, and understand the unique needs of each school community.
  • Collaborate and communicate with directors of schools to improve the quality and consistency of performance management.
  • Engage in proactive employee relations activities, focusing on prevention of potential issues and early intervention when issues arise.
  • Leverage AI and technological solutions to improve efficiency in HRP workstreams and expand adoption of self-service options for school leaders and team members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
  • Four years of human resource experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), or SPHR/PHR credential preferred.
What We Offer

KIPP SoCal Public Schools offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience in a similar position. The salary range for this position is $72,760 to $109,140. New hires are typically brought into the organization at a salary between the range minimum and the salary range midpoint of $90,950 depending on qualifications, internal equity, and the budget allocated for this role.

We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 100% of healthcare premium costs covered by employer, dependents added at 50% of the cost, employer-paid KIPP SoCal life insurance, 401(k) plan with up to 6% match by KIPP SoCal, and voluntary benefits such as pet insurance, supplemental life, accident, short term disability, and more.
