Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our studio operations team as a Studio Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our studio facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and setup for photo shoots and video productions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the studio is always clean and ready for use, including setting up and maintaining studio equipment
  • Perform regular maintenance and repairs on studio facilities
  • Assist in setting up and tearing down for shoots, coordinating with production teams to manage the flow of equipment
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain proper inventory of studio supplies

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role, preferably in a production or creative environment
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and organized approach
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
