POSITION:

The ideal candidate for the Studio Operations Manager role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of studio functionality, from sales to instructor management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A genuine passion for fitness and movement.
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail/service sales or fitness sales is preferred.
  • Confidence in generating personal sales and training Sales Representatives, with a strong commitment to achieving success.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Capability to manage and drive four revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet objectives.
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and through various communication channels.
  • Aptitude to thrive in a dynamic and diverse environment.
  • Ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes judiciously.
  • Strong writing and grammatical proficiency.
  • Professional demeanor, punctuality, reliability, and neatness.
  • Trustworthiness and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and the general public.
  • Proficiency in computer usage and familiarity with studio software.

DUTIES:

  • Generate organic leads through grassroots marketing and social media initiatives.
  • Drive new membership sales while ensuring the retention of existing members.
  • Recruit, train, manage, coach, and inspire a high-performing team of Sales Representatives.
  • Assist the Lead Instructor in hiring and managing instructors, as well as maintaining the class schedule.
  • Make independent decisions related to high-level customer service while upholding policies and procedures.
  • Uphold Club Pilates brand standards and cultivate a sense of community among customers and employees.
  • Ensure the studio is clean and organized.
  • Maintain adequate supplies of forms, administrative materials, and studio literature.
  • Plan and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned.
