Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Operations Manager to join our team at Hilton Garden Inn - Central Park South. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front desk, ensuring exceptional guest service, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train front office staff to ensure they meet our high standards of guest service and sustainability.
  • Oversee all front office operations, including check-in/check-out, room assignments, and guest requests.
  • Monitor and analyze front office financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and occupancy rates.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of group bookings and rooming lists.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient management of front office supplies and inventory.
  • Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to our EarthView program.
  • Perform other duties as requested by management.
Requirements
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in front desk operations, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
