Position Overview:
A prominent community bank is looking to fill the role of a full-time Commercial Loan Processor, operating in a hybrid capacity.
The primary responsibility of the Commercial Loan Processor is to guarantee the efficient and precise processing and packaging of commercial loans and modifications for closing, working with minimal oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the workflow of business loan processing to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
2. Conduct thorough reviews of loan documents and perform due diligence with third-party professionals.
3. Verify the accuracy and completeness of loan documentation prior to closing.
4. Ensure compliance with credit approvals, loan settlement statements, and audit protocols.
5. Coordinate vendor services such as appraisals, flood checks, UCC filings, title searches, and title commitments.
6. Document loans using LaserPro and Wolters Kluwer (experience preferred).
7. Handle loan maintenance, including renewals and modifications.
8. Ensure proper loan booking and documentation integrity.
9. Assist in maintaining overall system integrity related to commercial loan software.
10. Support loan monitoring, mortgage recordings, title liens, and financial documentation for each loan, including deposit requirements.
Team Collaboration:
Contribute to achieving the objectives of the Underwriting Team by providing assistance, answering inquiries, and facilitating efficient transactions. Maintain strong relationships with the Commercial Lending team.

Qualifications:
- Experience with nCino is preferred.
- Background in loan documentation is advantageous.
- Experience in a community banking environment is a plus.
- Paralegal experience is beneficial.
- A minimum of 3 years working with commercial loans.
- At least 2 years as a loan closer or processor.
- Familiarity with various credit structures and loan documentation.
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently within specified timelines.
- Experience with loan processing software such as LaserPro or Wolters Kluwer is preferred.
