Job Title: Consumer Loan Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Consumer Loan Specialist to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing collateral documentation and loan information in our servicing system, as well as updating collateral records as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze collateral documentation and loan information in our servicing system (Hogan) and update collateral records as needed.
  • Follow up with business partners regarding missing or insufficient documents.
  • Research and verify lien position on UCCs and titles for loans secured by RVs, vehicles, and boats, and analyze loan status to determine the appropriate resolution.
  • Prepare customer communication and manage workflow to ensure SLAs are met or exceeded.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Assist with other collateral-related tasks as needed, including continuations of UCCs or other ongoing maintenance.
  • Work with outside agencies (Bureau of Motor Vehicles, Clerk of Courts, lending institutions, and dealers) to resolve problems.
  • Perform clerical/administrative functions, including receipt of documents, department mail delivery, and other duties as assigned.
