Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Credit Underwriter to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our lending team, you will be responsible for analyzing credit information, determining the advisability of granting credit, and assisting loan officers in completing financial analysis and underwriting of loan requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze financial statements, tax returns, and projections supporting commercial loan presentations.
  • Conduct underwriting review of commercial loan presentations.
  • Actively participate in presentation and discussion of commercial loan presentations to the Loan Committee and Board of Directors.
  • Perform annual commercial loan account reviews for significant credit relationships, with written analysis including recommendations as to loan grading and any required actions.
  • Collaborate with employees across functional areas of the bank to complete tasks.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience working with Commercial Underwriting.
  • Familiarity with loan documentation and experience with a number of different credit structures.
  • Experience with nCino and/or Wolters Kluwer.
  • Self-sufficient and able to work independently.
