We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Property Leasing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in apartment leasing and demonstrate proficiency in property management software such as ONESITE, JENARK, or YARDI. Excellent organizational and communication abilities are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Property Leasing Specialist, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
  1. Support the Property Manager with various administrative duties within the property management office.
  2. Engage with residents through effective communication via phone, email, and other channels.
  3. Manage rent collection processes and address any delinquencies.
  4. Assist in tenant certification, selection, re-certification, and application processes.
  5. Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs efficiently.
  6. Maintain and update resident files and prepare necessary reports as required.

Additional Information:
Staff Group West Inc is committed to maintaining a drug-free workplace. All candidates must undergo a criminal background screening.

Compensation:
Hourly rate: USD 11 - 13
