Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation.
  • Develop high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, procedures, and guides, for internal and external audiences.
  • Work on waterfall and agile projects, creating documentation for roadmaps, metrics, standards, administrator support, security protocols, troubleshooting guides, and disaster recovery plans.
  • Develop requirements documentation, UX documentation, architecture design documents, and testing documentation.
  • Perform quality checks on documentation to maintain consistency, clarity, and adherence to company standards.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather information and ensure documentation meets project goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and regulatory experts.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality documentation.
  • Familiarity with documentation tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat).
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear and concise content.
  • Proven experience as a technical writer, with a strong portfolio of technical documentation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing or Engineering.
