Key Responsibilities- Assist the Executive Chef in managing cost controls and expenditures for the account.
- Develop and implement menus in collaboration with the Executive Chef.
- Coordinate and deliver high-profile catering events with seamless execution.
- Develop and roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with the Company marketing and culinary team.
- Supervise and mentor hourly associates, ensuring exceptional food preparation and presentation quality.
- Develop daily menu items, ensuring their preparation and garnishment meet our high-quality standards.
- Assist with ordering and inventory management.
- A.S. degree or equivalent experience in culinary arts or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in culinary/kitchen management, with a proven track record of success in high-volume, complex food service operations.
- Experience in catering and fine dining is highly desirable.
- Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends, focusing on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
