In this position, you will take charge of developing messaging strategies and marketing initiatives aimed at educating and informing both current and prospective clients about pertinent topics in the Operational Technology (OT) sector and our service offerings. Additionally, you will manage our social media output and oversee the production and coordination of technical materials, which include:

  • Technical and informational articles
  • Case studies
  • Whitepapers
  • Publications for external channels
Some content will be primarily your responsibility (in collaboration with our subject matter experts), while other items will be coordinated with external marketing agencies.

Moreover, this role entails organizing ACE's involvement in industry events (approximately ten annually), which includes crafting materials and messaging.

Qualifications:
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, such as marketing or communications. Alternatively, a technical degree accompanied by experience in a marketing role.
  • Experience: 5-7 years in a combination of marketing and technical positions within an industrial automation and controls context.
  • Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with the public and media.
    • A professional and approachable demeanor to represent the company positively.
    • Problem-solving capabilities to address sensitive issues that may affect the company's public perception.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
    • Meticulous attention to detail.
    • Organizational skills to juggle multiple projects while successfully coordinating meetings and deadlines.
    • Effective speaking skills for representing the company and maintaining key messaging in verbal communications.
    • Proficient writing skills for crafting clear, grammatically correct, and professional social media content, blog posts, web copy, and other technical documentation.
    • Familiarity with HubSpot and Canva is advantageous.
  • Level of Autonomy: This role is semi-autonomous, allowing for independent management of workload with some oversight, while being trusted to resolve routine issues, make decisions, and plan and execute projects with periodic supervisor check-ins.
