IT Field Representative/Driver

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Field Representative/Driver to join our team at Executive Personal Computers, Inc. (EPC). As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for transporting IT equipment from customer locations to our warehouse, while providing exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Promptly respond to job requests and identify equipment to be removed from customer facilities.
- Load and unload trucks, pack and unpack equipment, and wrap skids for shipping.
- Make scheduled pickups and deliveries using a 26-foot box truck.
- Pack and wrap equipment on pallets for shipping and load trucks with pallets.
- Work and communicate professionally with customers and headquarters, while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy when wiping data from hard drives.
- Assist in the warehouse when not driving, and be available for overnight trips up to 3-4 nights weekly.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Class C (Operator) driver's license.
- Must obtain U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) certification within the first 90 days of hire.
- Experience driving 26 or larger trucks.
- A clear driving record with no accidents and no more than two minor moving violations within the last 24 months.
- The ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, twist, reach, and routinely lift up to 50 pounds while performing job duties.
- Warehouse experience, including preparation and packing of equipment skids.
- Familiarity with Windows-based programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Prior knowledge of DOT rules and regulations, as well as driver logbooks.
