Job Summary

Vaco is seeking a skilled Service Desk Engineer to provide technical support for systems monitoring, maintenance, and administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for systems monitoring, maintenance, and administration
  • Handle inbound customer support via email and phone
  • Support internal users and occasional onsite support (local travel only)
  • Manage operating systems, Microsoft infrastructure, basic network troubleshooting, and security measures
  • Maintain and manage MSP platforms including remote monitoring tools and documentation
  • Ensure service delivery meets high standards of communication and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in training and pursue necessary certifications
Requirements
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts
  • Troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Associates degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience
